About

Nathan was born in Honolulu, Hawai‘i in 1986.  In 2011, he received a BA in Secondary Art Education from Brigham Young University Hawai‘i, and worked as an art educator for the Hawai‘i Department of Education from 2011 to 2014.   In 2016 he returned to art school at the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa and is currently working toward his Bachelor in Fine Arts degree. Nathan Lehano’s work emphasizes hand-built ceramic figures and wheel thrown vases.
